GoRout Gridiron Online Demo

In this overview and product demo, GoRout’s Chief Partnerships Officer, Drew Robinson, will demonstrate how GoRout Gridiron enables coaches at all levels of football to securely communicate play calls—from a single click on a coach’s tablet to digital wristbands worn by as many players as desired.

You’ll learn everything you need to know about GoRout Gridiron. We’ll introduce you to the player device—a digital wristband similar to a smartwatch. Then, we’ll walk you through how easy it is to upload your game plan and organize the tablet for the play caller. Finally, we’ll demonstrate how everything comes together, from the coach selecting a play on the tablet to each player receiving the play call on their digital wristband.

Why You Should Join Our Demo

In this demo, we'll introduce you to GoRout Gridiron—our in-game digital wristband play-calling system. GoRout Gridiron is the only digital wristband technology that was used for an entire season by an NCAA conference—the D3 Liberty League in 2024. Our system is proven and ready for all levels of football.

At GoRout, we’ve always approached coach-to-player communication differently. Traditional methods typically limit communication to one player, usually the quarterback on offense or a linebacker on defense. We asked ourselves, "Why stop at just one player?" Our solution: GoRout Gridiron—designed with the understanding that coaches want to communicate with as many players as allowed by the rules. This is why so many teams rely on paper wristbands, but with GoRout, we’ve digitized that process. Now, coaches can communicate with every player on the field with just a simple click of a button, making it more efficient and eliminating the need to create new wristbands each week.

We’ve seen an uptick in our overall efficiency and the GoRout Gridiron system has allowed us to streamline our communication. It has eliminated sign stealing of our offensive signs and this technology eliminates the “telephone game”.
Jon Drach - Head Coach - Union College (NY) Football
With traditional signals, we’d have a few plays each game where someone missed the signal or wasn’t lined up correctly. Since implementing GoRout Gridiron, we’ve only had one missed signal in two games – an efficiency improvement that’s just incredible for us.
Daniel Puckhaber - Head Coach - St. Lawrence University (NY) Football
You hear about the mics in the helmets but to have something on your wrist that tells you what to do is pretty cool to have. I get a vibration on my wrist and I look down at it and it tells me the play and then I can communicate the play to the guys in the huddle.
